What you’re getting is custom and personalized to you or your brand. This means we can’t pick them from a shelf, throw them in a box, and send them on their way. We have to carefully craft each and every one of what you purchased before getting them to you.

If you’re wondering “when will I get these?”- we aim to get all orders completed and shipped within 2 weeks. Depending on quantity, size, amount of engraving, time of year, and… (you get the point) – it may be sooner than 2 weeks, maybe a little longer. Please know we’re aware of your order and are working on it. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business.
