We Always Make Things Right

Our first priority is making sure you are happy. Quality is important to us and we want you to love what you get.

If you receive items which are defective or damaged, you can send them back within 30 days from receiving them and we will exchange them for new ones or refund you the cost.

These are personalized items with business logos and specific sayings based on the customer. They cannot be re-used by us if returned. Because of this, there needs to be valid reason for the return.

We are happy to replace items that are broken, chipped, or defective in some other way. Send an email to hello@toastedmaple.com outlining the issue(s) and we’ll respond quickly.
