Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

Our first priority is keeping customers happy. We work hard and quality is highly important to us.

The items we sell are almost always custom. They’re personalized with business logos and sayings. This means that returns are not ideal. Often there’s nothing we can do with returned items other than toss them in the bin, which is a waste and isn’t good for anyone. Because of this we don’t accept returns.

We are happy to replace items you’re not pleased with. Send an email to outlining the issue(s) and we’ll respond quickly.
