I was looking for a place to create a non-holiday type ornament as a family reunion keepsake. I was thrilled to find this website. It seemed they could create just what I wanted—which they did. I uploaded my design idea, and Sydney helped me with all the details. Everything I asked about was yes, we can do that. For instance, I asked if there could be some cut-out around the tree I had in the center of the design—yes, we can do that; then I asked if the hole at the top would be large enough to allow a ribbon insert—yes, and then Sydney sent me a photo of string and ribbon options they offered, if desired. I found a perfect match. I had not expected the string to be knotted and already threaded onto the ornament when I got it—another plus saving me a lot of time. This place is top-notch and high-quality for a fair price.
